Vendor Policy

DAY TO DAY charges the commission of the product/s depends upon the category/ Sub-Category for the product.

DAY TO DAY charges percentage upon the selling price decided by you for the product.

Gateway Charges: 2.2% per order.

Fixed Fees (Small fees that day to day charges on all transactions): 0.9%. This fixed fee is not applicable up to the amount of 1500

Settlement Amount

The amount shall be credited to your bank account within 08-10 business days

DAY TO DAY will deducted all the charges and rest of the amount will be credited to your bank account within 08-10 days

If any genuine grievance raised by the customer after the 07 day return policy, if the company found grievance is said to be true & acceptable then the vendor is bound to initiate his/her refund request and company will provide all the charges deducted by the company upon the said product (excluding gateway & any bank transaction) charges shall be refunded to the vendor by the company

Items are charged according to the weight category and sub category

Above 5kg light weight items charged + 4 rupees per kg & heavy weight items + 8 rupees per kg
